They are passionate leaders from across the world, committed to advancing mental health literacy, reducing stigma, and strengthening wellbeing across communities. Through their dedication, influence, and collaborative spirit, they help drive lasting impact and inspire a global movement for mental health.

Trina Kennedy, BASHA, RSW
Heart-led changemaker, Registered Social Worker, coach, and speaker with 30+ years of experience, She empowers individuals to build resilience, strengthen wellbeing, and step into their greatness. She is the author of the award-winning From Trauma to Triumph and What Lies Between and a contributor to She Thrives. Through Women-Centered Coaching, workshops, and the Wellbeing Bank Account framework, she helps people break barriers and create meaningful lives. Trina is also the recipient of the prestigious LEAD Global Impact Award 2025, recognized for her transformative contributions to mental health across Africa.

Ehileonomen Eigbe Eboigbe
Ehileonomen Eigbe Eboigbe is the CEO of Leon’s Realm Ltd and a lecturer at Kezia College of Health Sciences and Technology. A SAFEER and LEAD Foundation ambassador, he is committed to safety, mental health, and community wellbeing. He holds multiple safety certifications and a degree in Health Education from the University of Benin.

Diana Guzman
Diana Guzmán is a Colombian psychologist based in Saudi Arabia who integrates psychology, strategic therapy, and mind–body practices to support emotional wellbeing. She leads Psychological First Aid workshops for the LEAD Community Foundation and received the 2025 LEAD Global Impact Award for her contribution to mental health in Africa.

Becky Dawson
With over 20 years in education and mental health, Becky Dawson's experience spans mainstream roles (SENCo, Safeguarding Lead) and leading a Whole School Approach to Mental Health across Primary and Secondary Schools in Newham. She developed an alternative provision programme over 5 years and lectures at Weston College. Becky is the National Wellbeing Lead for Twinkl Educational Publishing.
